A graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, Debbie Tam has over 20 years of experience in the property tax consulting industry. She founded her company in 1995 to provide top quality service in tax consulting. Having lived and worked in the beautiful state of Colorado for over 30 years, she is familiar with every aspect of tax consulting. She works with clients at every level, from property inspections to county and state level hearings. Debbie takes pride in the business relationships she's developed with both the assessor's offices and all of her clients. With more property owners taking advantage of tax savings services, Tam Valuation Services hired Ryan Tam in 2011. A graduate of Colorado State University, Ryan is happy to be a part of the TVS team and to help service businesses and property owners up and down the front range.
