Does it cost me anything to have you review and protest my property?
No.  Tam Valuation Services covers all fees associated with appealing your property value.  The only cost you pay is upon a successful reduction of your property taxes.

What information do I need to provide? (Some or all may apply)

What is the latest date I can appeal my taxes?
We can appeal your 2017 and 2018 taxes at any time during this year.  A 2019 property tax appeal can be filed from May 1, 2019 to June 3, 2019.

What happens if I get a reduction?
The type of appeal and speed of the process will determine if the property owner gets 1- a reduced tax payment or 2- a refund check from the county for the amount overpaid.
